Here are the FAI’s proposals for May 2024: beauty and knowledge are closer than you think. We look forward to seeing you in FAI Properties all over Italy!

Until September 1st, you can explore Tony Cragg’s exhibition, “Le forme del vetro,” in Venice, showcasing over twenty intricate glass sculptures alongside selected drawings, offering a glimpse into the artist’s profound journey with this dynamic medium.

From the 10th to the 12th of May, Palazzo Moroni in Bergamo hosts the second edition of Seta, dedicated to the Art of Silk and its historical significance. Meanwhile, on the 11th and 12th of May, the Lagoon Festival returns to the Saline Conti Vecchi in Assemini (CA), offering guided tours to explore the wetlands’ flora and fauna.

On the weekends of the 18th-19th and 25th-26th of May, in celebration of World Biodiversity Day and as part of the #FAIbiodiversity campaign, FAI proposes a series of initiatives to raise awareness and appreciate Italy’s biodiversity heritage. Expert guides will lead visitors through FAI Properties, showcasing the diversity of species that inhabit them.

Lastly, on May 25th-26th, visit Tante Care Cose, the junk and antiques fair at Casa Macchi (Morazzone – VA), featuring a selection of beloved objects and furnishings from FAI’s storehouse, offering them a new life and home.
