It only takes a moment to help save the places you love.

Take part in the thirteenth edition of Italian Places I Love (I Luoghi del Cuore), FAI’s nationwide heritage survey inviting people to vote for the Italian places they care about most.

There are places we cherish that are at risk of being lost forever. Places that preserve our personal and collective memories, reflect our shared cultural heritage, and tell the story of who we are. Yet many of them have been abandoned or forgotten in Italy’s most fragile and remote areas, while others have fallen into neglect through lack of care, awareness or investment.

From small rural churches and depopulated villages to historic houses, neglected agricultural landscapes and natural environments increasingly threatened by climate change and hydrogeological instability, countless places deserve to be protected.

To give a voice to the people who care about these places and want to help secure their future, FAI, in partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo, has launched the 13th edition of I Luoghi del Cuore – a unique programme dedicated to protecting and enhancing Italy’s cultural and natural heritage. Voting is now open, offering everyone the opportunity to play an active role in safeguarding the places that matter most to them.
